The Bentley Nevada 3500/05 system rack is designed to accommodate all 3500 display modules and rack power supplies. It allows various 3500 modules to communicate with each other as well as a power supply that allocates power to each module as needed.

The 3500 rack is available in two sizes:

1. Full-size rack: 19-inch EIA rack with 14 available module slots

2. Mini rack: 12-inch rack with 7 available module slots

3500 racks are manufactured in three formats:

1. Panel mounting: This rack format is mounted to the rectangular cut upper panel and secured to the panel using the clamp that comes with the rack. Wiring connections and I/O modules are available from the rack.

2. Rack Mount: This rack format mounts 3500 racks in rails on 19-inch EIA Rails. Wiring connections and I/O modules can be accessed from the side of the rack.

3. Partition mounting: This rack format mounts the rack on a wall or panel. Cabling connections and I/O modules are accessible from the front of the rack. This format is not available in 3500/05 Mini-Rack.
