梯形图逻辑控制顺序的设计,可以从手工绘制梯形图开始。在绘制过程中,设计员可以在仔细分析机床工作原理或动作顺序的基础上,用流程图,时序图等描述,信号与机床运行间的逻辑顺序关系,然后再据此设计梯形图的控制顺序。
在梯形图中,要用大量的输入触点符号。设计员应搞清输入信号与“1”和“0”状态的关系。若外部信号触点是常开触点,当触点动作时(即闭合),则输入信号为“1”,若信号触点是常闭触点,当触点动作时(即打开),则输入信号为“0”。
对一台特定的数控机床来说,只要能满足控制要求,对
梯形图的结构、规模并没有硬性的规定。设计员可以按各种思路和逻辑方案进行编程。但理想的梯形图程序除能满足机床控制要求外,还应具有最少的步数、最短的顺序处理时间和易于理解的逻辑关系。
